Meet Tamora Jackson-Grier!

Tamora Jackson-Grier - Metropolitan Miami and surrounding areas

 

Tamora is the Area Director for the Miami Weekender Program. She, her husband, and two sons have been living in Palm Beach County for four years. Teaching for Palm Beach School District as a middle school teacher, she finds great pleasure challenging young people to find their inner strength and learn about themselves.

 

Tamora has a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration and completing a Master’s in Secondary Administration at the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Her bachelor’s degree was obtained at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

 

Although Tamora is new to the camping experience, she isn’t a stranger to the special needs population. She and her husband have both worked and trained with APD (The Agency for Person’s with Disability).

 

Tamora is honoured and elated to created opportunities for children to engage and develop relationships.
